MedVasc has been awarded a grant of SEK 135,000 from Vinnova (Swedish Innovation Agency) to enhance the company’s understanding of the reimbursement landscape in the US. This support was secured through the Medtech4Health call 2024, aiming at strengthening small medtech companies through external competence.
By the end of the project, MedVasc expects its competitiveness to be significantly strengthened. Having the correct knowledge of the payment system will enable the company to focus its efforts on the activities identified, facilitating an effective entry into the American market.
“We are thrilled to receive this grant from Vinnova. It allows us to bring in the expert competencies required for this critical phase of our market strategy,” says Cathrin Johansson, CEO of MedVasc.
